We had the most wonderful day and it was better than we could have ever dreamed of. Everyone there on the day was amazing. Ellie was super organised and we were amazed how much she knew about the wedding since she had not been involved in the pre wedding planning process. On the day her energy was exactly what we needed super calm efficient and everything she did was perfect and meant me and Hannah could relax. The day went perfectly, the room space was gorgeous, and the food was impeccable. We had many guests saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. From the second we arrived at Notley back in 2021 we fell in love with the place and knew that was where we had to get married. Fast forward to November 7th 2025 and we had the most incredible day. Cain Manor is absolutely stunning and we have some amazing photos to treasure thanks to the gorgeous grounds and building. Throughout the planning process, we had regular meetings and were given so much support and advice, which made everything feel stress-free. They have an amazing website app where you put all of your food choices, seating plans etc which is so helpful. We used some of Cain Manor’s recommended suppliers, who were all brilliant and really understood the venue. On the day everything was set up beautifully without us having to worry about a thing. The morning of our wedding, it rained, and upon arrival we were met by staff with umbrellas leading us to the building, and again when I walked to the ceremony. We’re truly grateful to have had our wedding at Notley.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You have been there with us every step of the way, ensuring all the details in our heads were understood and conveyed to the full team. Whenever we told people about the online portal, they would say why doesn’t every venue have that. From two people who like to have control, the portal was a godsend and being able to go through it in minute detail did make all the difference on the day! Honestly the moment Esther walked through the door and could literally narrate every detail of the plans that have been in our heads for the past 18 months, it was like a weight had been lifted.

We want to say a huge thank you for our wedding day. From the first time we visited Cain Manor, we couldn’t have imagined getting married anywhere else. The venue was stunning and the team made us feel welcome immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and your experience ensured everything went smoothly and we could just relax and enjoy the day. We just wanted to say we had an absolutely amazing time on Saturday, it couldn’t have been more perfect and you truly did bring all our ideas and requests to life! Thank you so much again for answering all our questions over the last year and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We got so many compliments about the food too, and our friend, Hannah, really appreciated being catered for so well when she is allergic to nearly everything!

Thank you for providing the venue of our dreams for our wedding day. It was honestly the best day of our lives. The staff were brilliant on the day and nothing was too much trouble. Ellie in particular was amazing, so attentive and helpful. All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and the staff, we’ve had so many comments since – so thank you!

Quite honestly we have been amazed at how incredible the whole day was. The immaculate presentation of the grounds and reception areas with all our request perfectly fulfilled, the wedding breakfast room set up with such complete precision and care. The front of house staff were amazing, attentive, engaging, funny. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The food was beautifully and consistently presented. Generous portions, and delicious from start to finish. Everyone commented it was some of the best food they had had. There is no doubt you have the perfect recipe for a wonderful event, credit to the entire team for their dedication, care and commitment. You should all be rightly proud, even the toughest of us had a tear in our eyes when we pulled out on the Saturday.

We both had the absolute best day in the world and of our lives by far, with a large part of that all down to the incredible work you all did all day and in the lead up. There were so many amazing things we couldn’t mention all of it and thank you for delivering most of our many request and set-ups on the day! I was so stressed and frazzled in the morning and Sarah had the most calming presence and effect and struck the balance perfectly between updating us on what was going on and timings whilst not overwhelming us. We felt completely in safe hands.

We planned our wedding with Cain Manor because the journey was seamless and adaptable and we celebrated our wedding day this May with Cain Manor because we knew the day was going to be everything we ever dreamed of. One of the best parts of our experience was our assigned coordinators on the day as they made us feel so special and at ease. Betty, Lucy, and Antonio were all so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and wait on us hand and foot, and we can’t overstate this enough! I even got some of the canapé on my dress and Lucy was a hero coming in to help clean it off so it was barely there. Botleys truly has thought of every detail and every way in which couples can personalise their wedding to their desire! We are very appreciative of the flexibility of the team at Botleys and Harper.

I just wanted to say thank you all for the most amazing day. We enjoyed every minute of it (even the slightly more chaotic elements). I know it sounds cheesy – but I can definitely say it was the best day of my life. Thanks to all of you for making it happen! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the day, it really made it special. The food and bar service was absolutely spot on, and the filipino flags in the Kwek kwek were such a cute touch. All of the guests we spent time with the next day were giving the venue and staff the highest praise – saying it was leagues above other weddings they had been to!!

A massive thank you to Lucy who was absolutely amazing from the minute we all arrived to the minute we left she was unbelievable and there was nothing that was too much or too small. She made me feel so relaxed and the way she was with the whole wedding party was unbelievable, everyone said how amazing she was so please pass on our thanks to her she is a star!!
Again thank you so much. We are so happy we chose Botleys Mansion, it is an absolute wow factor venue and wish we could do it all again.
