I wanted to extend my deepest thanks for the truly wonderful service we received at my niece’s wedding. From start to finish, everything was impeccable. The food was outstanding, and to be so hot when catering in large numbers is remarkable. Your staff were not only professional but also warm, friendly, and genuinely caring—qualities that made the day even more special.

Everyone was quite simply outstanding. The whole team was incredibly professional, the day was absolutely flawless from start to finish, and for that, we cannot thank you enough. Mickayla and Tom were exceptional hosts, always on hand, everywhere, running everything seamlessly from start to what was a pretty late finish. You were both amazing!! Elliyah too, all the staff were superb. There were so, so many really nice personal touches along the way, Kim felt so well looked after by Mickayla, who was constantly around to check all was OK. And the same level of care carried on into the next day too.

We were absolutely blown away by how fantastic your team was. Everyone was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond, and with a sense of fun too. The leads were Mickayla, Jane, and Elliyah. Special mention to Jill who made a lot of us laugh at the wedding breakfast. The team really didn't miss a thing, and put us at ease in the process. Everything felt effortless to us, but only as a result of their unwavering commitment to making sure the day ran smoothly!

I just wanted to say what an absolute gem Jill is. She made the day so special and is worth her weight in gold. We had a fabulous time and couldn't fault the venue, food and service. Just wanted to let you know what a great team you are producing precious memories of special days like this one. Well done!

Jill is an incredible person and her presence at our wedding really helped to make it extra special. She was absolutely incredible, so attentive and friendly. I've had so many of our wedding guests who said they absolutely loved her! Some even took photos with her. She was also the first person to greet me when I came downstairs before walking down the aisle. She could tell that I was really nervous and she really took care of me.

I just wanted to say what an asset to your team she is. She took such good care of us.

From the moment we saw Cain Manor, we knew it was the one — we didn’t even look at any other venues! The setting is absolutely stunning, and the team were amazing from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, we had regular meetings and were given so much support and advice, which made everything feel stress-free. They have an amazing website app where you put all of your food choices, seating plans etc which is so helpful. We used some of Cain Manor’s recommended suppliers, who were all brilliant and really understood the venue. On the day, we were so well looked after by Sarah and Elliyah — everything was set up beautifully without us having to worry about a thing. They made sure everything ran smoothly, kept everything on time, and were constantly checking in to make sure we were happy. The reception staff were fantastic too — always nearby with a drink or canapés, and so attentive to us and our guests. The food was absolutely sensational and the team were accommodating with our preferences. The day flowed seamlessly and ended with a brilliant night of dancing. Honestly, it was the best day of our lives. We’re so grateful to the whole team and couldn’t recommend Cain Manor more!

Thank you to all of the team at Cain Manor. Barney and I had the best day ever and enjoyed every minute of it. All of the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful and it made everything go so smoothly for us. We were able to enjoy the time with our family and friends as you all took care of everything for us and made it look effortless.

I wanted to say a few particular thank you to Mickayla for helping us through all the planning beforehand and answering my endless questions. You were so accommodating of all of our specific requests and last minute queries. Sarah, Antonio and everyone else who helped on the day. All of our guests made specific note to say that the team were absolutely outstanding. You accommodated everyone’s specific needs and that means so much to us. Jill was the absolute hit of the wedding and so many of our guests mentioned how amazing she was during the day. She also made it a point to come and ask us if we needed anything on multiple occasions which was so appreciated.

I cannot thank you enough. You made our day so special and we are so happy that we were able to celebrate our big day at your amazing venue with your fantastic team.

Quite honestly we have been amazed at how incredible the whole day was. From the groundsmen waving us in first thing in the morning, the calming support of the team when setting up the cake. The immaculate presentation of the grounds and reception areas with all our request perfectly fulfilled, the wedding breakfast room set up with such complete precision and care.

The front of house staff were amazing, attentive, engaging, funny. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The seemingly effortless yet outstanding service is testimony to a huge effort behind the scenes. The food was beautifully and consistently presented. Generous portions, and delicious from start to finish. Everyone commented it was some of the best food they had had.

There is no doubt you have the perfect recipe for a wonderful event, credit to the entire team for their dedication, care and commitment. You made the day so so special for Rebecca and Mitchell, we will all remember Cain Manor, and the team fondly. You should all be rightly proud, even the toughest of us had a tear in our eyes when we pulled out on the Saturday.

We had a wonderful day and excellent feedback from all our guests, the staff were excellent and made everything run perfectly. Everyone had a lot of fun and everyone is smiling in all our pictures. Mickayla did an excellent job and passed over to the night manager without a hitch, the night manager was also very accommodating and really made the day for us. Further big thanks to Jane and Gill who really helped us on the day, helping with our kids and keeping the bride nerves calm.

We want to say a huge thank you for our wedding day. From the first time we visited Cain Manor, we couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. The venue was stunning and the team made us feel welcome immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and your experience ensured everything went smoothly and we could just relax and enjoy the day. We choose Cain Manor because the beauty of it literally swept us off our feet. We planned our wedding with Cain Manor because the journey was seamless and adaptable and we celebrated our wedding day this May with Cain Manor because we knew the day was going to be everything we ever dreamed of.

On the day, everything was personalised to us and the attention to details was exceptional. The team’s main job seemed be to make sure that we were happy the whole day. This included giving me (the bride) the space to breathe and eat!

I wouldn’t change a thing about our day but I would give anything to experience it all over again.
