Tell us a little about Music HQ?

We have created and developed each of our bands with a unique purpose – to bring our clients the most professional and entertaining wedding and party musicians this country has to offer.
At Music HQ we understand that our clients wedding day is one of the most important days of their life. Whether it’s choosing their wedding songs, ceremony music or wedding reception ideas. We work closely with all of our clients to find the most suitable entertainment for their big day and can guarantee the best prices online for our acts.

Band 1: Velvet Soul

About Velvet Soul – Velvet Soul are our Soul, Funk & Motown style female fronted 6-piece band popular for their lively sets and classy vibe.

Band 2: 24K

About 24K – 24K are our Motown, Pop & Soul style band performing the biggest hits from the golden era right up to today’s contemporary chart.

Does each band take requests?

Absolutely, the band are happy to learn a First Dance song and are happy to look at any extra requests to make your day unique.

Does each band have a dress code?

Yes, all our bands have their own dress code which compliments their musical style.

Can couples come and see your bands performing live?

Our bands are professional wedding and event bands which to tend to be primarily private events. However, if our bands ever do public events which does happen from time to time, we will post these on their Facebook page.

How long is a typical set?

Our bands offer 2 hours’ worth of live music, usually divided into 2 sets of 60 minutes. The bands also provide DJ playlists for before between and after their live performance.

How far in advance should couples book with Music HQ?

We recommended booking your band as soon as you have booked your venue. Put it to the top of your wedding ‘to do’ list to avoid disappointment. All the bands are in high demand…because they ROCK!!!
