Dear Harper Team, We just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service, before the wedding and on our wedding day. We received nothing but amazing feedback from everyone about the venue, food and professional service, and I hope that you also heard this. Thank you to the team on the day, including Caitlin, Dean and John and all the Harper staff as well for helping everything to run so smoothly, and I am also sure that Maddie’s conscientiousness was key to this.

Dear Maddie, Just a quick note to say a huge thank you to you, and all involved at Cain Manor for the hard work that went into running our wedding on April 21st, 2018. We honestly could not have had a better day, everything went perfectly and ran seamlessly. We received so many compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue both inside and out, the absolutely delicious food, and the service received from the staff on the day. I can’t recommend the venue highly enough.

First of all, we would like to say a massive thank you to all of you at Harper, both from the online support to those working on the day (Ella and Dean were wonderful!). You couldn’t have made the day run any smoother than it did and everyone was so keen to help – from having our own personal canapé tray to unlocking the pool in the morning, we felt so loved by the team! Everyone was very professional and friendly in their manner and made our day unforgettable.

The day ran incredibly smoothly and we cannot fault a thing. Everyone was extremely efficient and well trained in how to serve guests throughout the day. Set up was made very easy and quick due to the helpful staff ensuring suppliers knew what to do and making sure everything looked beautiful. You also kindly checked on myself and the groom throughout the day to make sure we were kept happy and calm. Numerous guests commented on how successful the day was and what a lovely feel there was and this is all down to you and how well your systems work.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to all of you for helping with my wedding planning, answering numerous questions that I would fire at you and to making sure we had a fabulous day! A special thank you to Carol, John, Sienna and Dean. You were all amazing!

Our wedding day was simply perfect and we were thrilled we chose Cain Manor as our venue. Everything ran so smoothly, thanks to the brilliant Dean and Rachel, and so many guests commented on the efficiency of the staff and running of the day. The food was simply wonderful and this was echoed by guests. Thank you so much to the whole team at Harper for giving us a wonderful first day of married life!

We had a fantastic day at Cain Manor and our guests commented over and over again on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. In particular, we would like to say a massive thank you to our event manager on the day, Dean. We both really felt that he went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and he’s a true credit to the Harper Wedding Service. From remembering an entire list of instructions I listed to him, to fastening buttonholes, putting the entire grooms party pocket squares on and making sure we had time to ourselves on the day – he was truly amazing. We absolutely loved the venue and it worked perfectly for us – we had so many guests asking us where we found such a beautiful venue! Our planner, Aly was just superb, she left no stone un-turned and made some great suggestions. The food was absolutely superb – the quality was incredibly high and the team dealt with my dietary requirements and those of others incredibly well. Congratulations.

It really was the most perfect day and everything could not have been better. Food was incredible, staff were incredible and you even managed to make the sun shine!!!! Amazing day, we are still on a high!

Ann was super lovely, patient and professional throughout the whole planning process and the online system (although I’m not very techy) was easy to use and so thorough. On the day Anica and Georgia totally looked after us and with all my gittery excitement I felt like I was in safe hands! Their organisational skills were impeccable! We should also mention the lovely reception staff and we enjoyed watching their synchronised serving! When the evening manager took over, the day continued with a relaxed and fun vibe right through to the nightcap for the staying guests. Overall we were honestly so impressed with the organisation and professionalism of the team, delivered in an understated, non interfering way! The Harper Team really were a big part of why the day went so well.

We have just returned from our honeymoon in Canada and it was an incredible fortnight of bears, whales and bright blue lakes.

We had the most incredible day!! It was amazing from start to finish and couldn’t have asked for anything more. So many of our guests commented on the beautiful venue, how professional and seamless the service was and on the high quality of the food. Both Tom and I felt like a king and queen for the day, which was fabulous and mostly down to the staff at Cain Manor.

I want to start by saying we had the most amazing day on Saturday. It was faultless and we loved every second. Your staff could not do enough for us. Thanks for the best day ever.

From the very beginning of the day the staff were on hand to help and nothing was too much. The waiters/waitresses were absolutely amazing and so professional. My aim was to have the wedding of my dreams and you all ensured that dream came true. My guests all commented on how spectacular the venue and the staff were on the day. Myself and Martin are truly grateful for everything you done for us, we will never forget our magical wedding day and we thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts.

We just want to thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts for helping us have a perfect day. The staff were absolutely incredible from beginning to end and were integral to everything going off without a hitch! The two leads for the day and our MC in particular were incredibly friendly and our family and friends all commented on what the professional service they received.

From the moment we viewed the venue back in September his sister and I knew it was the venue for them. Megs had found you from Australia but it was too far to view and amazingly just down the road from us in Windlesham. It truly is a remarkable venue and all the staff are amazing, the food delicious and bedrooms out of this world. Our wedding on December 20th was perfect from start to finish and that wouldn’t have been possible without your whole team. You exceeded our expectations in so many ways and it wouldn’t have been the day it was without all your help. From Emma, who at the outset, made us believe a crazy pipedream (with 3 months to do it!) was doable, to Maddie, for being so brilliant at responding to our queries, big and small, and pulling everything together to make sure we got there on the big day, to Guy, Dan and Rachel (and all of the staff around them), on the day, and beforehand, for being the most genuine, attentive, supportive, and brilliant guys, and making sure the day ran smoothly.

We would just like to say a massive thank you to all of the wedding planning team for helping to make our day extra special. The food was amazing and the whole atmosphere was everything and more. You were all very polite, attentive and friendly. Thank you for giving us a day our guests and ourselves will cherish forever.

We would just to say a massive thank you to you all at Botleys for making yesterday the best day our daughter could have wished for. From the moment we first viewed the Mansion up until we checked out today you were all so helpful and accommodating. Dan, Guy and all staff were amazing. We had the most amazing day!! Not so much sun during the day but at least it meant it wasn’t too hot, and there was no rain which meant everyone could enjoy the gardens and make the most of being outside. Thank you all so much for making my daughter’s wedding everything we had hoped and planned for. It was an amazing day in a stunning venue with staff who were so professional and welcoming. They guided us calmly through the day and everything went smoothly. The chef deserves a special thanks as everyone enjoyed the delicious food which was promptly served to all the guests. We are still on cloud 9 following the perfect day on Friday. Our wedding was everything we could have wanted and more – partly due to our friends, family (and the fantastic weather!) and partly due to the exceptional service Botleys staff provided on the day. They judged everything extremely well, there was never an empty glass or a lull in proceedings. Our guests were very happy and we were too. Special mention should go to the chefs – the meal was even better that at the tasting day! Thank you again for all your help, we only wish we could have slowed the day down and made it last longer, it went by in a flash.

We had an absolutely amazing day and are so grateful to everybody there as it all went so smoothly, professionally and thoughtfully. We particularly wanted to thank Sarah as she was awesome on the day – really really helpful and so many people commented to us about her. The venue itself is gorgeous and makes the whole day really special – lots of people say it’s the best venue they’ve been to. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, which was framed beautifully by the very pleasant weather (we were very lucky in that department), and how great the day was overall. I should also give a special mention to the chefs and catering. The food was good on our taster/testing sessions, but was utterly sublime on the day itself. The lamb was absolutely perfect, the starter great, and the desserts – considerably larger than anticipated – went down superbly.
