We had such a fun time at Botleys and the team were so helpful before, during and after the event. Deciding to book out the rooms upstairs was priceless – it meant our closest guests could go upstairs to relax and get changed without rushing, then we all hung out until the early hours and went to bed. Such a great experience.

I just wanted to personally thank, and congratulate, the team who looked after us so professionally. The level of service we, as guests, received was superb. The attention to detail, and to our enjoyment and comfort, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after extremely well. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. The meal we enjoyed so much was absolutely delicious, and the information given to our lactose free/vegetarian family member with each course at time of serving, was first class and I must say unexpected! All in all it was a most fabulous occasion, and you are to be congratulated on creating so many wonderful memories for us all.

We had the most amazing time! Lucy, Tom, Betty and Yasmin were amazing on the day – being quietly on the sidelines in case we needed anything and providing advice throughout – not to mention having an aperol to sip in between shots and having a cloth to dust us off so our outfits looked pristine in the photos! Wizard was well taken care of, he thoroughly enjoyed his ‘Paw-star Martini and gourmet chicken dinner’! It was a seamless day – one we, and our guests, will never forget.

Thank you to the whole team for what was an incredible, unforgettable wedding day. Our expectations were surpassed and we’ve had so many compliments on the occasion, the venue and the food from our guests. We would specifically like to thank Dan for the work he did with us on the food menu; we were really pleased with the results following our feedback after the tasting event. Also, Esther on the day was excellent – very efficient, calming and organised.

Without a doubt the most perfect venue and we could not have asked for more. From the incredible food, to the impeccable service, to the flawlessly beautiful & clean venue, we were blown away by how special the venue and day was and so were our guests. We honestly could not recommend Botleys more… our guests have continually commented on the WOW factor of the venue, especially our grand entrance via the atrium stairs! We are still on cloud 9 and recovering for the greatest party we have been to – there are no words to sum up truly how thankful we are to Botleys Mansion.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You have been there with us every step of the way, ensuring all the details in our heads were understood and conveyed to the full team. Whenever we told people about the online portal, they would say why doesn’t every venue have that. From two people who like to have control, the portal was a godsend and being able to go through it in minute detail did make all the difference on the day! Honestly the moment Esther walked through the door and could literally narrate every detail of the plans that have been in our heads for the past 18 months, it was like a weight had been lifted.

We both had the absolute best day in the world and of our lives by far, with a large part of that all down to the incredible work you all did all day and in the lead up. There were so many amazing things we couldn’t mention all of it and thank you for delivering most of our many request and set-ups on the day! I was so stressed and frazzled in the morning and Sarah had the most calming presence and effect and struck the balance perfectly between updating us on what was going on and timings whilst not overwhelming us. We felt completely in safe hands.

One of the best parts of our experience was our assigned coordinators on the day as they made us feel so special and at ease. Betty, Lucy, and Antonio were all so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and wait on us hand and foot, and we can’t overstate this enough! I even got some of the canapé on my dress and Lucy was a hero coming in to help clean it off so it was barely there. Botleys truly has thought of every detail and every way in which couples can personalise their wedding to their desire! We are very appreciative of the flexibility of the team at Botleys and Harper.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting experience and it was great to be back at Botleys, especially with it lit up at night. We loved the attention to detail that was shown all throughout the event from the food and ambience to the little personalised touches, so thank you! Our wedding was the most perfect day, it could not have gone better and we are so so happy. We’re still very much in a bubble – Botleys was the absolute perfect place to have had our wedding. We will remember it for the rest of our lives, and I know we’ll visit again in the future and have such fond, special memories. We’ve had so many comments from guests about how wonderful they thought the venue was. I wanted to say a massive thank you to you for everything you did for us, and also to the rest of the Harper’s team, especially Sarah who was brilliant. At no point in planning did we think our wedding would be described as magical but we’ve kept hearing that from our guests feedback. The mansion was truly spectacular especially at sunset and the service from the team was top notch to match.
We had such a relaxed (yes I know even with my directing I didn’t feel stressed one bit cause we were in safe hands) and enjoyable day.
