Thank you so so much we had an amazing day. A big special thanks to Sarah who was incredible. She looked after me the whole day, making sure we had drinks and food when we were taking photos so we didn't miss out. Just incredible and the day and night managers were unbelievable as well.
Thank you to the whole team for what was an incredible, unforgettable wedding day. Our expectations were surpassed and we've had so many compliments on the occasion, the venue and the food from our guests. We would specifically like to thank Dan for the work he did with us on the food menu; we were really pleased with the results following our feedback after the tasting event. Also, Esther on the day was excellent - very efficient, calming and organised.
Myself and Josh would like to thank all the team for making our day special. We were totally overwhelmed by how beautiful our day was, we had the best time and everything ran so smoothly with thanks to Ester. She was amazing! We had so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was. And the weather was lovely too!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You have been there with us every step of the way, ensuring all the details in our heads were understood and conveyed to the full team. We loved collaborating with you - you really did help us create the wedding of our dreams!! Whenever we told people about the online portal, they would say why doesn’t every venue have that. From two people who like to have control, the portal was a godsend and being able to go through it in minute detail did make all the difference on the day!
What can we say about THE best day of our lives, better than we ever could have imagined… other than THANK YOU BOTLEYS! Without a doubt the most perfect venue and we could not have asked for more. From the incredible food, to the impeccable service, to the flawlessly beautiful & clean venue, we were blown away by how special the venue and day was and so were our guests. The bedrooms onsite added such a special touch, getting ready on the day and having breakfast the next morning with our nearest & dearest. We honestly could not recommend Botleys more… our guests have continually commented on the WOW factor of the venue, especially our grand entrance via the atrium stairs! We are still on cloud 9 and recovering for the greatest party we have been to – there are no words to sum up truly how thankful we are to Botleys Mansion and how much of a special place it will always remain in our hearts.
Wanted to say thank you all so so much for making our dreams come true on Saturday – we both had the absolute best day in the world and of our lives by far, with a large part of that all down to the incredible work you all did all day and in the lead up. There were so many amazing things we couldn’t mention all of it and thank you for delivering most of our many request and set-ups on the day!
We do though want to call out Sarah! Oh my gosh what an absolute godsend. I was so stressed and frazzled in the morning and Sarah had the most calming presence and effect and struck the balance perfectly between updating us on what was going on and timings whilst not overwhelming us. We felt completely in safe hands. No request was too much for her and she was so so lovely to both of us and just made sure we were both happy and feeling the best we could at any moment.
Thank you so much for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect on the day. Everything ran so smoothly, and the venue looked stunning, we couldn’t have asked for a better setting to celebrate such a special occasion.
One of the best parts of our experience was our assigned coordinators on the day as they made us feel so special and at ease. Betty, Lucy, and Antonio were all so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and wait on us hand and foot, and we can’t overstate this enough! I even got some of the canapé on my dress and Lucy was a hero coming in to help clean it off so it was barely there. Botleys truly has thought of every detail and every way in which couples can personalise their wedding to their desire! We are very appreciative of the flexibility of the team at Botleys and Harper.
You exceeded our expectations and more. Our day was truly magical and it was all down to you.
A massive thank you to Lucy who was absolutely amazing from the minute we all arrived to the minute we left she was unbelievable and there was nothing that was too much or too small. She made me feel so relaxed and the way she was with the whole wedding party was unbelievable, everyone said how amazing she was so please pass on our thanks to her she is a star!!
