Sonas was very easy to use, and Katie, our wedding planner, was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process with regular meetings and consistent communication by email. Quite simply… you absolutely smashed it. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was flawless. What stood out most to me was the people, your warmth, your communication and your courtesy. Every single one of you was a pleasure to deal with. The day itself was everything we could have hoped for and more. Every request we made was met brilliantly. The team on the day were polite, efficient, and incredibly helpful throughout. The bedrooms and rooms were beautifully prepared. The layout, the attention to detail, the table settings all absolutely spot on. The food was outstanding. Many people said it felt like dining in a Michelin star restaurant, I can’t think of higher praise than that. This comes from all of us, a heartfelt and deeply appreciative thank you for helping create such a beautiful day. One we will never forget and will always cherish.

We had such a fun time at Botleys and the team were so helpful before, during and after the event. Deciding to book out the rooms upstairs was priceless – it meant our closest guests could go upstairs to relax and get changed without rushing, then we all hung out until the early hours and went to bed. Such a great experience.

I just wanted to personally thank, and congratulate, the team who looked after us so professionally. The level of service we, as guests, received was superb. The attention to detail, and to our enjoyment and comfort, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after extremely well. Everyone I encountered was courteous and professional. The meal we enjoyed so much was absolutely delicious, and the information given to our lactose free/vegetarian family member with each course at time of serving, was first class and I must say unexpected! All in all it was a most fabulous occasion, and you are to be congratulated on creating so many wonderful memories for us all.

We had the most amazing time! Lucy, Tom, Betty and Yasmin were amazing on the day – being quietly on the sidelines in case we needed anything and providing advice throughout – not to mention having an aperol to sip in between shots and having a cloth to dust us off so our outfits looked pristine in the photos! Wizard was well taken care of, he thoroughly enjoyed his ‘Paw-star Martini and gourmet chicken dinner’! It was a seamless day – one we, and our guests, will never forget.

Thank you to the whole team for what was an incredible, unforgettable wedding day.  Our expectations were surpassed and we’ve had so many compliments on the occasion, the venue and the food from our guests.  We would specifically like to thank Dan for the work he did with us on the food menu; we were really pleased with the results following our feedback after the tasting event.  Also, Esther on the day was excellent – very efficient, calming and organised.
