I just wanted to thank everyone at Notley Abbey for the most amazing day at George and Emily’s wedding on Saturday 16th August. Everything was just perfect in every way. Gemma was so lovely and kind, smiley and efficient. It was all amazing. Everyone was so lovely and everything so beautiful. Even tea and sweets, home from home! Thank you again for a perfect day.

We had the most amazing day, and we really appreciate all the help that we had in the lead up from Maisie – we couldn’t have done it without her! All the staff on the day were incredible too – we’ve had such great feedback from our guests on everything from the food to how stunning Notley itself is. We’d thoroughly recommend Notley to anyone we know looking to get married, and wish we could do it all over again!

Everything went so smoothly and we were completely blown away with how brilliant the staff on the day were who made sure everything was perfect and ensured that we knew exactly where to be and when! The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. We honestly cannot fault a single thing, it was all perfect. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. From the very start of the planning process, everything felt smooth, exciting, and completely stress-free. We looked at many other venues, but as soon as we drove down Notley’s beautiful tree-lined drive, we just knew it was the place for us. It really is such a magical setting. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how incredible the day was. So many have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding, and the atmosphere throughout the day was everything we’d dreamed of.

From the first day we viewed Notley, we loved the venue and the staff. The staff responded quickly to any queries we had and helped us with vendors too. The food tasting was incredible, with a variety of choices and a sommelier to advise on what wines paired best with each course. The attention to detail was immaculate throughout the whole planning experience and the day of. The morning of our wedding, it rained, and upon arrival we were met by staff with umbrellas leading us to the building, and again when I walked to the ceremony. We’re truly grateful to have had our wedding at Notley.
