We were overwhelmed by the professionalism and friendliness of every single member of staff we encountered. From expert management of the day/night, the sweetest bar manager, a phenomenal waiting team and then even the support with clean up the next day... you are all the absolute gold standard and we are so appreciative of everything you did!

Everything went so smoothly and we were completely blown away with how brilliant the staff on the day were who made sure everything was perfect and ensured that we knew exactly where to be and when! The food was delicious and the service was brilliant. We honestly cannot fault a single thing, it was all perfect. A big thank you to Maisie and Julie during the planning stages as well who was there whenever we needed a question asked and were so helpful.

We had the absolute best time at our wedding and several of our guests said it was the best wedding ever!! From pre-planning, to getting ready, to making sure we were where we needed to be, the Notley team did a phenomenal job. Could not be happier with Notley and the team. We looked at many other venues, but as soon as we drove down Notley’s beautiful tree-lined drive, we just knew it was the place for us. It really is such a magical setting.

Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how incredible the day was. So many have said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The food, drinks, and service were all outstanding, and the atmosphere throughout the day was everything we’d dreamed of.

From the first day we viewed Notley, we loved the venue and the staff. We were shown around the venue with a glass of prosecco, having the history explained to us and the services they offered. While we sat looking at photos of previous weddings, we were given some canapes to sample too. The staff responded quickly to any queries we had and helped us with vendors too. The food tasting was incredible, with a variety of choices and a sommelier to advise on what wines paired best with each course. The attention to detail was immaculate throughout the whole planning experience and the day of. The morning of our wedding, it rained, and upon arrival we were met by staff with umbrellas leading us to the building, and again when I walked to the ceremony. Ellie kept us in the loop all day, and helped make the day absolutely perfect for us. Our guests all noted how professional the staff were, and how beautiful the venue was. We’re truly grateful to have had our wedding at Notley.

We just wanted to say we had an absolutely amazing time on Saturday, it couldn’t have been more perfect and you truly did bring all our ideas and requests to life! Thank you so much again for answering all our questions over the last year and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We got so many compliments about the food too, and our friend, Hannah, really appreciated being catered for so well when she is allergic to nearly everything!
