We had the most wonderful and magical day. All the staff have been so friendly and helpful and made our journey of planning so much easier. When we first visited Cain we fell in love with the garden and building and were impressed with their organisation skills. The team are very quick at answering emails and very happy to accommodate requests. They very obviously have years of experience and we felt in safe hands. The day ran seamlessly. Mickayla mainly looked after us and throughout was cool calm and collected. She was just great. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We had the best day and I know anyone else picking Cain Manor for their day will feel the same!

We honestly couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding day. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely beautiful, and we feel so incredibly lucky that we were able to have our special day at such a wonderful venue. It was a fantastic day. All of our guests can’t stop praising the venue, staff, climate, etc. Everything was just the way we imagined. We had a beautiful day and felt love from all around, including the Manor staff, for which we are grateful. We just wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping make the day so special and run so smoothly. We had a wonderful time, as did our guests. Everything was run perfectly, you thought of everything and enabled us to really enjoy the day, from supporting the Usher through his announcements, to ensuring we tried our canapés, to coming up with a way to best present our home made brownies – and so many other little and big things besides. We felt really looked after throughout, and you all helped make the day feel magical. As we sit here still on the biggest wedding high, we’ve been thinking about just how incredibly lucky we are. Looking back at our wedding day, it’s hard to put into words how much your involvement meant for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the wedding day of our dreams. For almost two years, you’ve been with us every step of the way, answering our questions, calming our nerves and helping us plan every detail. The whole venue is utterly beautiful. Food and drink were phenomenal. What sold Cain Manor to us was their planning system, which we’d hoped would take some of the stress away. Well, it did! There is so much to do for a wedding, but having so much of it organised through their planner made the process less stressful for us, it was really incredible. What we hadn’t banked on was the amazing people. I cannot imagine a more kind, prompt, thorough and professional service. Megan, Julie, Mickayla and Elliyah in particular were incredible. And then on the day, more phenomenal service. I was told going into it that something was bound to go wrong, no wedding goes off without something going wrong. But ours was perfect. It went so smoothly on the day, and all the staff were incredible.

We chose Cain Manor to celebrate our big day back in April, and we couldn’t have had a better day or recommend them enough! From the very beginnings of contact they were amazing; hugely attentive, friendly and very interested in hearing how we envisaged our day. When we found that Cain Manor had an online wedding planning system it was a huge plus for us in terms of making our lives easier. The software they used nudged us when we needed to make decisions and it was such an easy way to track payments, choices etc. Another thing we also found much easier was just how much was included in the overall price; of course there were add ons but the amount they include was awesome. The staff there were second to none. Elliyah and Megan who we worked with closely were so friendly, lovely and were there on the day to make sure it all ran smoothly. Every single staff member worked seamlessly to provide a fantastic service, and every single one of our guests had the best day, including us of course. The food, music, and drinks were all amazing. We were lucky enough to get married outside in the garden, so we really were able to enjoy every part of Cain Manor.

On the day the staff were excellent, very attentive without being overbearing. You did an excellent job of preparing everything and setting up just how we wanted.
