As wedding specialists with over 20 years of experience, Harper’s dedicated planning team is with you every step of the way to make your dream wedding a reality. The team is available 7 days a week, so you can get the ball rolling quickly and you’ll be surprised by how much you can tick off your wedding planning checklist in just a short amount of time! The in-person planning meetings are a great time to chat with your wedding planner and take full advantage of their expert advice. They will be there to support you from your very first enquiry, right up until your big day.

Planning software

Harper’s unique online planning software is a fantastic tool and can be used as a planning checklist in itself. It is easily accessible and a great way to communicate with your wedding planner at a distance due to the handy messaging platform. The online planner covers everything for your big day such as allocating bedrooms, choosing your menus, and creating a table plan. You don’t have to worry about changes late in the planning process either, as the online planner allows you to make amendments to everything up until two weeks before the big day. As a system bespoke to Harper, it ensures every detail is documented giving you peace of mind that everything is taken care of from the ceremony timings, right down to the way you want your napkins displayed.

In-house chefs

Finding caterers for your wedding can be stressful, but at Harper this is one less thing to think about. With a skilled team of in-house chefs and an extensive list of dishes to choose from, you are sure to find something to get your taste buds tingling for each course. New to 2022, the Silver, Gold, and Platinum menus are full of delicious meal choices for your big day, as well as recommendations allowing you to create your own bespoke menu. You’ll be able to trial the chef’s talents prior to your wedding at a menu tasting, and of course sample some of our finest wines, too. The Harper planning software enables you to note your guests’ dietary requirements to ensure that this important step can be ticked off your wedding checklist quickly and easily.

Harper extras

Harper offers a variety of in-house extras to hire for your wedding, meaning that many of the finer details can be handled in one place. There are a variety of options to choose from including sweetie carts, letterboxes, chair covers and sashes as well as aisle carpets and uplighters. Hiring these items through Harper saves precious time researching and contacting suppliers. In fact, some décor items are included in your wedding package such as a table plan, which Harper can even print and display for you, one less thing to worry about!

Of course, there are some aspects of the day that really do come down to your wedding budget and personal taste, an example of this being your wedding photographer and/or videographer.
