Thank you all SO much for making our wedding day so special yesterday. I instantly felt calmer as soon as I arrived as it was clear everything was under control. Everyone in the team obviously puts in a huge amount of work to make it such a smooth operation. You were all so kind and supportive throughout – we were so well looked after and we felt like royalty!

We thoroughly enjoyed the tasting experience and it was great to be back at Botleys, especially with it lit up at night. We loved the attention to detail that was shown all throughout the event from the food and ambience to the little personalised touches, so thank you! We were thoroughly impressed with all the food we tried too and couldn’t believe the generous portion sizes!

Our wedding was the most perfect day, it could not have gone better and we are so so happy. We’re still very much in a bubble – Botleys was the absolute perfect place to have had our wedding. We will remember it for the rest of our lives, and I know we’ll visit again in the future and have such fond, special memories. We’ve had so many comments from guests about how wonderful they thought the venue was. I wanted to say a massive thank you to you for everything you did for us, and also to the rest of the Harper’s team, especially Sarah who was brilliant. We know dry hires are different for you guys and we’re so thankful you let us do our day in a way that made both sides of our families so happy. We were well and truly a fusion wedding and it worked so so so well, so thank you.

From the moment we first viewed Botleys Mansion we fell in love with every part of it and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our wedding was the most perfect day and it was made even more special by the wonderful staff especially Sarah and Dean who were simply amazing! At no point in planning did we think our wedding would be described as magical but we’ve kept hearing that from our guests feedback. The mansion was truly spectacular especially at sunset and the service from the team was top notch to match.

We had such a relaxed (yes I know even with my directing I didn’t feel stressed one bit cause we were in safe hands) and enjoyable day.

I just wanted say thank you to all of the team at Botleys Mansion for supporting us in making our VL Awards on Monday such a successful event. Your organisation was superb and Sarah kept us all organised and together on the evening. You were incredibly accommodating of all the last minute changes we needed to make. The food was delicious and the venue looked superb. The staff were attentive and capable and completely unobtrusive when performing their duties. You coped with our medical emergency smoothly and without drama. We also really appreciated you allowing us to use two of your rooms to get ready it was so nice to be able to take a moment before the evening started. All in all a fabulous evening which wouldn’t have been possible without you.

Botleys Mansion is a fantastic wedding venue for Londoners wanting the “country estate” experience but guests able to easily travel home after the event. We ended up renting the venue for the Friday – Sunday and the staff, food, house and grounds were top notch. I’m always hesitant about wedding food but the food was superb all weekend and Botleys are definitely “feeders”! Nobody went hungry and the portion sizes were massive. Botleys changed their policy to allow dogs at the venue and our golden retriever was able to join us which was very special. Botleys were fantastic from the initial meeting through the planning and to the wedding day. Nobody batted an eyelid with any of our requests and made us feel comfortable from the minute we stepped foot in the house. We were renovating our house while planning the wedding and Botleys took all of the stress out of planning the wedding. I couldn’t recommend Botleys more!

Myself and Reema are just back from our Mini-Moon, and honestly still cannot get over what a fantastic day Saturday was! We had several people mention it was “the best wedding” they had attended.
Our biggest thanks to the entire team – especially Yasmin who looked after us on the day itself and really went the extra mile to ensure that all the little touches were in place.

I think your whole staff were absolutely fantastic and to be honest made our day as great as it was. I would definitely recommend Botleys in the future to anyone. Finally, a massive thank you to you! (Ashley) You were amazing from start to finish with the prep and helping, I know I wasn’t the easiest of brides and had lots of visions in mind, so I appreciate you guiding me into what’s best to ensure me and Kyle have the most amazing day! Some of the tips you gave were spot on including saving the speeches until after the meal, so thank you very much!

We wanted to pass on our thanks for the support and assistance you gave us (over the last few years given the covid delays!), and most especially on the day itself. A particular mention to Sam who was the manager in the morning, who really helped keep us calm and nothing was too much trouble. We loved celebrating our wedding at Botleys, and have so many lovely photos to look back on. We likewise received lots of compliments from our guests on the venue itself and also the food, which everyone said was fantastic.

Wow! Our day was just perfect! The whole process of planning with Maddie to being so well looked after by Sarah in the morning. Our fantastic Master of Ceremonies, everyone loved how amazing the team were! So so attentive and welcoming. Everyone was so complimentary of the food, they loved it! It really was the most amazing day and you guys are such a big part of it. Thank you for giving us and our guests a day to remember for the rest of our lives!

Maddie, I would like to say a massive thank you to you and the team for the smooth and absolutely stunning wedding I had on Friday!

I would like to pass on my thanks to Sarah, Emma, Jack and I think it was Yasmin in the morning. All were amazing from the time I arrived, made sure I knew what was going on behind the scenes as well, to updating me through the night, sometimes just a simple nod to leaving at breakfast in the morning. Dear Ann, Dan and the Harper team,Oli and I would like to say a massive thank you for all your help with our wedding on Saturday and the planning on the build up to it. We thought the messaging system was great. Thank you for all the quick responses. It really helped with the planning process. Thank you for your help with coordinating everything on the morning of the wedding. Maxine was great at keeping me up to date with what was going on downstairs and keeping me on schedule. It enabled me to focus on getting ready and spending a bit of time with family and bridesmaids before the ceremony which was really nice. Thanks to Sam and the rest of the staff for looking after me throughout the evening. Everyone had a great time and I have had so many messages from guests saying how much they enjoyed it and loved the venue.
