A huge thanks for all your hard work helping us along the way with the planning process to ensure everything went so smoothly. We could not have done it without you all. So professional and attentive we could not have asked for any more and could not have imagined it any better. We want to give special thanks to the members of staff who were there on the day. I honestly cannot recommend you all enough. You were all so kind and friendly to us on the day and we felt like we were in a dream.

Tom and I wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the whole Harper team for making our day such a success. Everything went perfectly and we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Thank you to all of the staff at Botleys Mansion who were involved in Charley and Sam’s wedding on Friday 14th September. Every one of you helped to make it a truly magical event from start to finish. We’ve had such wonderful feedback from those who attended.

I would like to say a massive thank you to all of you for the help and guidance throughout planning our wedding, right up to the moment I walked down the aisle and when we had breakfast the following morning. Words cannot explain how brilliant and helpful your staff were. The planning stages were made so simple with the easy to use planning website, something I logged into most evenings! On the day the whole team knew everything that was happening hour by hour, the process was very regimented and worked absolute wonders. I want to thank you again for all making such an important day for us, just perfect!

Maddie. We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the team at Harper / Botleys. We had the BEST day, everything was perfect and it all went exactly to plan. We had so many lovely comments from friends and family about the venue, the service and the food.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team that helped make yesterday an absolutely amazing day, it was everything and more that we ever imagined and none of it would be possible without you guys! Your staff are an absolute credit to the Harper brand and they were all impeccable in their service! Guy and his team were lovely, and the two ladies who were with me throughout the morning were equally amazing and very reassuring! The food was spectacular and everyone commented saying the same!

We can’t thank you enough for a truly memorable day which even exceeded our expectations. The service from the staff at Botleys was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Both Rachel and Dan contributed tellingly to the smooth running of the day and ensured that everything ran like clockwork.

It was a truly magical day and we cannot thank the staff and the Harper planners enough for their constant support and help through the planning stages and also on the day itself. We couldn’t have wished for a better day. You all went above and beyond to cater to our every need and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!

We wish to write to you to say a big thank you for ensuring our wedding day went so smoothly. We had a fab memorable day and the the house and staff were all part of that.
Special thanks to Emma for having to deal with all my emails timely; to the two Sarah’s (especially evening Sarah for handling the drag DJ with a great sense of humour); and lastly Guy, who was there ensuring all was set up and coming to the rescue in fixing the button holes. The guests all commented on how amazing the house looked and how tentative the staff were during the wedding reception.

The support and help we received from the staff in the lead up to and on the day was exceptional, and we would like to say a special thank you to Rachel who was the manager on the day and Maddie for her help in the planning process. We are still on cloud 9 following the perfect day on Friday. Our wedding was everything we could have wanted and more – partly due to our friends, family (and the fantastic weather!) and partly due to the exceptional service Botleys staff provided on the day. They judged everything extremely well, there was never an empty glass or a lull in proceedings. Our guests were very happy and we were too. Special mention should go to the chefs – the meal was even better that at the tasting day! Thank you again for all your help, we only wish we could have slowed the day down and made it last longer, it went by in a flash.

We had an absolutely amazing day and are so grateful to everybody there as it all went so smoothly, professionally and thoughtfully. We particularly wanted to thank Sarah as she was awesome on the day – really really helpful and so many people commented to us about her. The venue itself is gorgeous and makes the whole day really special – lots of people say it’s the best venue they’ve been to. The food was delicious – from the canapés to the wedding breakfast, the bacon butties and the breakfast the next morning.

Hi Maddie, I just want to say a massive thank you for all your help planning our wedding! It was honestly a dream day for the both of us and we loved it.

We had the most amazing day and look back on our day with the happiest of memories. Our wedding planner Aly was amazing from start to finish and a big shout out to Guy. We met him on our very first visit to Botleys Mansion and he was there for every one of our tours, meetings, tasting and on our wedding day.

We just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you for a wonderful day yesterday. Everything was really painless and enjoyable and all the staff were eager to help whenever they could. Could you also pass on compliments to the chef as the food (the main in particular) received quite a number of rave reviews during the evening.

Please pass on our sincerest gratitude to all the waiting and bar staff that worked on our day, all of whom performed their duties to the very highest level of professionalism. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, which was framed beautifully by the very pleasant weather (we were very lucky in that department), and how great the day was overall. I should also give a special mention to the chefs and catering. The food was good on our taster/testing sessions, but was utterly sublime on the day itself. The lamb was absolutely perfect, the starter great, and the desserts – considerably larger than anticipated – went down superbly.

We literally had the best day ever! All of your help, effort and knowledge over the last 18 months has been outstanding, your staff on the day were incredible, they knew exactly what was happening minute by minute and made the day go so smoothly! Thank you for making our day run so smoothly, it was absolutely wonderful and surpassed all expectations. The food was amazing and far better than we’d even dared to hope, everyone remarked on how amazing the lamb tasted with just the right hint of a little kick and flavour.

The Sarah T, Sarah D, Guy and the team were fantastic and everything ran without a hitch! The pork pie cake was a massive hit and absolutely delicious!
