Please pass on our sincerest gratitude to all the waiting and bar staff that worked on our day, all of whom performed their duties to the very highest level of professionalism. Everyone commented on how stunning the venue was, which was framed beautifully by the very pleasant weather (we were very lucky in that department), and how great the day was overall. I should also give a special mention to the chefs and catering. The food was good on our taster/testing sessions, but was utterly sublime on the day itself. The lamb was absolutely perfect, the starter great, and the desserts – considerably larger than anticipated – went down superbly.
