WHAT IS A HARPER WEDDING HOUSE OPEN DAY?
To ensure you can enjoy every aspect of your wedding day, Harper Weddings offer specific dates each month for couples to visit and have a good look around.
Open days are an invaluable part of your wedding planning process and provide you with the opportunity to really get to see what types of wedding venues are out there and compare the different packages available for your wedding.
How does a Harper Wedding Venue open day work?
We may be a little biased but we’re confident our open house days are just that little bit more special than the rest. Not only can you look around our exquisite locations, there will also be our friendly and knowledgeable wedding managers on hand to discuss your ideas and explain how your wedding at the venue could work.
Upon arrival, you’ll be offered a nice glass of something bubbly to enjoy during your visit before being shown around on a personal tour by the wedding manager. These are the people that will be there on the actual wedding day so do take advantage of their wealth of experience and ask them as many questions as you can think of.
The house will be set up as it would be for a wedding so you can envisage how it would look on your day, but the neutral colour schemes and décor mean you won’t be overwhelmed by someone else’s vision.
Your wedding manager will then give you a demonstration of our comprehensive online planning tool, which will also be sent to you after your visit. This system is used by yourselves and the Wedding Planning Team during your planning timeline and stores all of the information needed to run your wedding exactly as you’ve instructed us.
Before you leave, you’ll be given a personalised quote based on the potential date and guests numbers discussed which you’ll be able to access via the online planner once you’re back home. Feel free to play around with dates and guests numbers to see what works best for you – the planner has a live link to our diary system, so it’ll keep you updated with all available dates at the house.
