Each place setting featured a cracker and a Christmas bauble place card holder to take home as a wedding favour. Tall vases filled with aubergine coloured lilys and floating candles made for glamorous table centerpieces and the round reception tables were all named after Santa’s reindeer.

The couple could not have asked for a more perfect English spring day to celebrate their nuptials. After a ceremony packed with their closest family and friends in The Green Room at Botleys Mansion, the newlywed couple enjoyed champagne and canapés outside in the grounds followed by a delicious wedding breakfast in the bright and airy Atrium.

Victoria walked down the white-carpet aisle to the song, ‘A Thousand Years’, played by a string quartet. The ceremony was traditional and absolutely beautiful. A white cover and bow was placed on every chair, and the aisle was lined with fresh petals and candles lit in hurricane lanterns.

The bride walked down the aisle in The Atrium with her father to Pachelbel’s Canon in D on the piano and both her parents did a reading during the ceremony; her father wrote a poem and her mother read ‘I Carry Your Heart’ by EE Cummings.
